The Perfect Serve in four steps
- Open the bottle. Select the flavour ordered. The film features Strawberry & Lime and Mixed Fruit.
- Fill the glass with ice. Use a clean glass and ice cubes, following Kopparberg’s demonstration.
- Pour the cider over the ice. Pour steadily and leave room for the garnish.
- Finish with lime. Add a lime wedge and serve straight away.
Choose glassware that suits the serve
The film uses tall Kopparberg glassware with room for cider and ice. Our range includes Kopparberg stackable pint glasses in packs of 12. Check how your bottle size, ice and chosen glass work together before adding the serve to your menu.
A bottle’s liquid volume and the contents of a glass filled with ice are different measures. For a fixed serving, establish how much cider you actually pour so staff know what each guest receives.
Keep bar service consistent
Agree on the glass, amount of ice and garnish. Keep a reference photograph behind the bar and use the short video when introducing the serve to staff. Its on-screen instructions make the sequence easy to follow.
Keep Strawberry Lime and Mixed Fruit easy to identify in the fridge. If you also stock an alcohol-free version, give it a distinct place and check the label when selecting it. Our alcohol-free Kopparberg guide covers presentation and service in more detail.
